Post Shanty Boat NYC needs new captain

After a few great years and a lot of sweat and tears its time to pass my boat on down the line and go back to land for a little bit. The boat is in NYC. A 70's Drift R Cruz hull that was first renovated by a family who lived on it for almost 30 years, and then some more by myself. Is functionally off grid: small battery bank and solar array, potable rain harvesting system, woodstove, charm, charisma. You name it. Contact me if you are interested!
