Amazing Trailerable 40′ by 14′ Houseboat

New 40′ x 14′ Houseboat and Trailer. This is a prototype of a new patent pending design houseboat. The houseboat goes from 8.5′ wide (for hauling down the road) to 14′ wide with a push of a button when you get to the lake. Truly have to see to believe, there is nothing like it. The custom built dual tandem axle gooseneck is included with the boat. The boat and trailer are not registered so it will either have to be used at a private lake or be registered as homebuilt. The boat has top quality construction with solid wood interior. A few features are not shown and the list of equipment may differ some since this was our prototype unit. The (2) 60hp four stroke yamaha outboards were already sold, but all steering and throttle controls are still on the back of the boat and would take less than an hour to hook up a motor. Due to the economy hitting our company at the wrong time this concept didnt get to take off. My dad passed away in June so now I am dissolving the business and this unit has to go. The production unit was to sell for $189,000 but this unit can be bought for $67,000 which is a heck of a deal.
